3. COMMUNICATIONS

Monthly Services:

First month payment is required before service setup begins
Services continue on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contract required
Cancellation:
Either party may cancel services with 30 days written notice No refunds are provided for partial months of service
Upon cancellation all client automations will be deactivated
Our Responsibilities:
We will set up and maintain your automation systems as agreed
We will respond to service issues within 1 business day
We will provide monthly check-ins to confirm systems are functioning correctly
Client Responsibilities:
Providing accurate business information required for setup Notifying us of any changes to business information Timely payment of monthly service fees
5. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to use our services to:
